Campion is staffed with a professional management and maintenance team located on-site during regular business hours, so students can pop in with questions or concerns. Our maintenance team is always on call in case of an emergency.
A student may already have roommates picked out, which is great! Campion individual leases will let you room with people you want to. The great thing about individual leases is that each resident is individually responsible for paying their own rent.

We know having a pet is a great advantage for our residents. For the safety of the neighborhood, we have a few restrictions. No dogs over 50lbs and no aggressive breeds including Pit Bulls, Rottweiler’s, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, or wolf-hybrids. A non-refundable pet fee is required, and pet rent may be applicable.
All units come fully furnished and offer premium appliance packages. All kitchens are outfitted with stainless steel appliances (In Select Units), dining table, dining chairs and barstools. Our designer bedroom furnishings include full-sized bed, desk and chair and dresser. The living area comes with an upscale furniture package including leather couches and chairs, end table, coffee table and Flat Screen TV.
We know that it can be hard to find a quiet place to focus, so we have created smart spaces for private study.
